The anime "Gachiakuta" is based on the popular manga currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (Kodansha), written by Kei Urana and with graffiti designs by Hideyoshi Andou. This battle action series starts with Rudo (voiced by Aoi Ichikawa), an orphan born in the slums inhabited by descendants of criminals, being cast into the “Abyss” for a crime he didn’t commit.

■Episode 5 "Troublemakers" Synopsis:
Regretting his inability to contribute at his first incident site, Rudo loses his confidence. The next day, a cleaner receives a request: "Retrieve a living person who fell from the Celestials." Rudo hesitates, worried he might be a burden again, but decides to accompany the job to find a clue that could lead him back to the Celestials.
