[Synopsis]
The "Charpy Impact Test"—this is an experiment where a pendulum hammer is freely dropped from a specified angle, and the angle to which it swings back after destroying an installed test piece is measured. It is a test to evaluate the impact resistance and toughness of the specimen used—it is by no means a test to see if the hammer hits someone in the groin. However, Associate Professor Ushironomiya insists that no credits will be given unless they succeed. How will Iori and his friends confront the challenge, risking their credits and with the threat of a painful blow to their groins?!
