Makoto Koichi, Akira Sekine, and Others to Appear! Simultaneous Watch Party & Highlight Special Featuring the Cast of the Anime "I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince" to be Broadcast on ABEMA

ABEMA will exclusively broadcast a free simultaneous watch party and live highlight special for the TV anime "I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince" Season 2 starting at 6:45 PM on Sunday, August 24.

The series is based on the light novel of the same name by Kenkyo na Circle, which has surpassed 8 million copies in total circulation. The story follows an ordinary magician who dies an untimely death in his previous life and is reincarnated as Lloyd, the seventh prince of the Saloum Kingdom. With overwhelming magical power, he pursues the pinnacle of magic. The first season of the anime aired in 2024, and the second season has been airing since July 2025.

In this simultaneous watch party, Makoto Koichi, who voices Lloyd, and opening theme artist Kaede Higuchi will provide an audio commentary on Episodes 13 and 14, which correspond to Episodes 1 and 2 of Season 2. Following this, at 8:00 PM, the live highlight special will feature Makoto Koichi, Akira Sekine (as Tao), Eriko Matsui (as Shiro), and Minami Tsuda (as Saria) as live guests. Along with MC Haruka Mori, they will look back on the story and discuss highlights of the upcoming "Grand Holy Birth Festival" arc.
