This is Akiyama Kiiro. I created the opening theme song.

Whether starting or stopping something, change always comes with evaluation, but there are so many things you can only see at such times. Who helped you, what do you want to do... Evolution is almost always a battle. However, when you're prepared to take a loss, you might discover an indescribable sense of self. Please listen to "Quest" as a request through this song. I hope it adds some flavor to the work and contributes in some way.

I am aruma, and I will be singing the ending theme for the TV anime "The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest."

The subtleties of the human heart and the quiet strength that everyone surely possesses—reading the original work made me imagine what I would feel or say if I had such companions. "Kakera" was born from those thoughts.

I sing this song in the hope that it will support someone who is trying to move forward among choices that have no right answers. I would be delighted if this song could become a small fragment that guides the journey of this wonderful work.
