The final chapter marks the 194th episode, bringing an end to a serialization that lasted about four and a half years.

"Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister" is an absolute justice romantic comedy set under one roof, featuring a high school boy aspiring to enter Kyoto University's medical department, who weaves a tale of love and miracles as a son-in-law with three shrine maiden sisters at the Amagami Shrine. The series' comics have been published up to Volume 21, with a cumulative circulation exceeding 1.9 million copies. The final volume is scheduled for release on Friday, October 17, 2025, with a special edition including a booklet also available.
