The synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 21 of the anime “YAIBA Samurai Legend” have been released.
This anime is based on the manga “YAIBA,” written by Gosho Aoyama—the creator of popular series such as “Detective Conan,” “Magic Kaito,” and “Fourth Batter, Third Base”—which was serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday from issue 39 in 1988 to issue 50 in 1993. The story is an action-packed samurai adventure starring the wild samurai child Yaiba Kurogane (voiced by Minami Takayama), who strives single-mindedly for greater strength, driven by his samurai spirit. The manga boasts a total of 17 million copies in circulation over 24 volumes. The TV anime adaptation “YAIBA Samurai Legend” is currently airing nationwide on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV network every Saturday at 5:30 p.m., starting from April 5.
