——What aspects did you aim to express in this cosplay?

Chin: Personally, I'm very attracted to the scenes in the game that emphasize 2B's back view and profile, conveying a sense of solitude. I wanted to express this through my posing during the photoshoot. I also make sure to stand tall and maintain a confident posture, avoiding slouching, to capture 2B's dignified demeanor.

The wig was adjusted to achieve the fluffy volume characteristic of 2B on the sides and back of the head. I also crafted some of the weapons that appear in the work for use in the shoot.

——Can you tell us what first introduced you to NieR:Automata and what aspects you find captivating about it?

Chin: There are countless captivating aspects of NieR:Automata, but it all started with a recommendation from a friend, which led me to purchase and start the game.

As I played, I was deeply engaged by the profound story that transcends typical game narratives, as well as the philosophical themes that provoke various emotions throughout the different scenes. The emotionally rich characters, including some enemies that become endearing, and the abundance of side quests make it an incredibly captivating experience.

Also, the soundtrack within the game is overwhelmingly beautiful... Every piece of music harmonizes with the scenes and resonates with the heart.

——Are there any future cosplays you would like to try?

Chin: I love the entire NieR series, so I would like to create new weapons featured in the works and capture different scenes by changing locations.
