New RPG "Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME" for smartphones and PCs now available! Ichikawa Reno, who appears in the anime and is equipped with the Identification Monster Weapon (Numbers) 6, has been implemented

The new RPG "Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME" for smartphones and PCs was released on the AppStore and GooglePlay on August 31, 2025.

The popular comic "Kaiju No. 8" by Naoya Matsumoto, which has been serialized in "Shonen Jump+" since July 2020, has won numerous manga awards and has sold over 18 million copies in Japan alone (including digital versions) from the 15 volumes already published. Its popularity extends beyond Japan, gaining many fans in North America and other overseas markets.

The story begins when the protagonist, Kafka Hibino (CV Katsuya Fukunishi), who was longing to join the "Japan Defense Force" that subdues monsters, awakens to the power to transform himself into a monster due to a mysterious small monster.

"Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME" features a completely new original story in full voice. The powerful world of the original and anime is recreated with cutting-edge 3D graphics, allowing you to enjoy the thrilling "Giant Killing Battle" where you deliver a decisive blow to massive monsters. The PC (Steam) version is scheduled for release at a later date.
