Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle - Commemorative Attendance Bonus Vol. 5 Is "Key Visual Illustration Board" to Be Distributed for One Week Only Starting Saturday, September 13

Distribution of the fifth commemorative attendance bonus, the "Key Visual Illustration Board," has been decided for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle - Chapter 1: Akaza Returns," which has been playing in theaters nationwide since July 18.

The anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is an adaptation of the manga of the same name, which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 2016 to 2020. Triggered by the anime's broadcast in April 2019, the series became a social phenomenon, and the cumulative circulation of all 23 comic volumes surpassed 220 million copies.

The first TV anime series, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc," was followed by "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc," depicted in "Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train," which achieved approximately ¥51.7 billion in total box office revenue and became the highest-grossing film in Japanese history. Following that, the TV anime "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc" and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc" aired from 2021 to 2022, "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc" aired in 2023, and "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc" aired in 2024.

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle - Chapter 1" attracted 3.84 million moviegoers and achieved ¥5.52 billion in box office revenue in just three days, setting new records for opening weekend, opening day, and single-day revenue. After ten days of release, the film broke through approximately ¥12.87 billion. Reaching ¥10 billion within eight days since its release marks the fastest achievement in Japanese film history, surpassing the performance of "Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train" (released in October 2020), which reached ¥10 billion in ten days, making it the new all-time No. 1 record.

The fifth commemorative attendance bonus, the "Key Visual Illustration Board," will be distributed from Saturday, September 13, limited to one week and a total of one million people nationwide.
