Marin Is Waiting for Wakana to Make a Move During Their Sleepover! Viewers Are Swooning Over Her Adorably Lovey-Dovey Antics in "My Dress-Up Darling" Episode 22

Episode 22 of "My Dress-Up Darling Season 2" began airing from September 6. Marin Kitagawa (voiced by Hina Suguta), left alone under one roof with Wakana Gojō (voiced by Shōya Ishige), was full of nervous anticipation, hoping to be invited by him to get closer. Her restlessness and "waiting for an invitation" captivated viewers, prompting comments such as "It was the ultimate heart-throb moment" and "She’s so adorably fidgety!"

Due to an unexpected incident, Wakana ends up having to spend the night at Marin’s home. While shopping for some things, Marin sees Wakana looking at an energy drink and misunderstands, thinking he’s trying to buy a stamina booster. When Wakana suddenly says, "I don’t plan on sleeping tonight," Marin’s misunderstanding only grows. She panics inwardly, asking herself, "Is it really happening tonight...?"

In Episode 22, titled "Wait, Are You Saying We're Really Going to Do Everything Right Now!?", Marin is still misunderstanding the situation. After taking a shower, she seriously deliberates over which underwear to wear. As she shrinks nervously into the corner of the sofa, Wakana points out, "Why are you sitting all the way over there?" Marin hesitantly replies, "Then, I’ll come over there..." She sits next to Wakana and, inwardly panicking, wonders, "Is it really about to start!? For real, h-how does it even begin!?"
