Training for a Powerful Body…Cosplay of Quiet from "Metal Gear Solid V" is Dignified!

——What prompted you to want to cosplay Quiet from "Metal Gear Solid V" this time?

Tanuki: I wanted to cosplay a strong woman, and when I learned that the 10th anniversary of "MGSV" coincided with the release month of "MGS Delta" at C106, I decided to cosplay it because the first "MGS" series I played was "V", which is a memorable work for me.

——Where did you put your effort into this cosplay?

Tanuki: I wanted to express Quiet's powerful body that conveys her strength and combat ability, so I started training to build my body. I worked hard on weight training, exercise bikes, and diet restrictions!

——Tell us about when you first encountered "MGS" and what you find appealing about it.

Tanuki: I purchased a PS4 console modeled after "MGS" and the first series I played was "MGSV". It's a hit series, and I was immediately drawn to the world view of the story and characters. It's a wonderful work that even beginners can play enthusiastically and have an emotional attachment to.

Tanuki: I will be participating in the "Tokyo Game Show 2025" for two days. I'm planning to cosplay again as Quiet and the first female player character in a competitive fighting game! I want to be a strong woman, both inside and out!! Body transformation!! I will power up even more!!!! I look forward to interacting with everyone!
