【Synopsis】
For the first time in years, Yoshiki knocks on the door of his father Toshinori's study, a man he had never initiated conversation with. Together with Hikaru’s father, Kohei, Toshinori begins to speak—albeit hesitantly—about the traditional customs they believed had ended, saying, “I don’t want to burden even our sons with this.” Within this conversation, secrets come to light regarding “Hichi-san,” as mentioned by Hikaru’s grandfather, and the truth hidden behind the villagers who were said to have died from famine.
