Fist of the North Star 2026: Wataru Takagi as Jagi, Tsuguo Mogami as Toki, and Taiten Kusunoki as Raoh! Short Anime "Fist of the North Star: Elegy of Ken-Oh's Army Grunts" to Air in January

On "Fist of the North Star Day," September 13, a special program titled "It’s Fist of the North Star Day!! All Four Brothers Assemble!! – Anime New Information Unveiling Special –" was streamed, announcing new information. Three main announcements were made: the casting for the four Hokuto brothers in "Fist of the North Star -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR-", release of new visuals and a promotional video, and the production of a new short anime.

"Fist of the North Star" is an action manga created by Buronson (story) and Tetsuo Hara (art). It began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1983, and since its 1984 anime adaptation, has continued to be loved by fans both domestically and internationally through various media mixes. In 2026, "Fist of the North Star -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR-" will be fully adapted into an anime by a new staff and cast, using the latest visual technology to faithfully recreate all the appeal of the original work.
