The synopsis and preview stills for Episode 1 of the anime “Hero Without a Class: Who Even Needs Skills?!” have been released.

“Hero Without a Class: Who Even Needs Skills?!” is based on the popular light novel by Shichio Kuzu, which is serialized on the novel submission site “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” and currently published by Earth Star Novel.

Set in a world where one’s fate is greatly determined by professions and skills granted by a goddess, the story follows Allele (voiced by Kenshō Ono), who bears the stigma of being “classless.” Through relentless effort, he comes to be known as a hero and continues to seek even greater power. The series’ dramatic portrayal of overcoming the adversity of being “classless” through hard work and its exhilarating battles have won broad popularity, and the upcoming first TV anime adaptation, set to begin in October 2025, is already drawing significant attention.
