A web preview video for Episode 1 of the anime "Dusk Beyond the End of the World" has been released. In addition, Episode 0, "Count the Morning in Your Heart, One, Two," is available to watch for free for a limited time until Thursday, October 2 at 23:59. Furthermore, a film comic, which presents Episode 0 in manga format using scene stills from the episode, has also been released.

This work is an original love story by P.A.WORKS. In a world that has awakened from an age-long slumber, the one who proposes is an android who looks exactly like his beloved girlfriend...

Before Akira Himegami (voiced by Shūichirō Umeda), a high school boy awakened from cold sleep, unfolds an unbelievable sight. A city devastated by war. The nation reduced to ruins, and people managed by a unified organization known as OWEL. A new system called “Elsie,” different from marriage. The people so drastically changed from the world he once lived in. As Akira is left behind in this future, overwhelmed, she appears before him.

"Towasa!?" The presence whose name slips from his lips is Yūgure (voiced by Yui Ishikawa), an android strikingly similar to his beloved. As she smiles, she gently conveys her own feelings.

"Akira... Please marry me."

Though bewildered by the sudden proposal from an android, Akira resolves to set out on a journey with Yūgure, believing he will be able to reunite with Towasa, who must be somewhere in the world...

This is the story in which two souls living in a new era find love.
