At this point, the cast members delivered messages to their fans.
Hiroki Yasumoto said, "It was all King's hilarious scenes, wasn't it? I thought he would say 'Dodododo,' but he didn't (laughs). Dubbing is progressing, and it's getting pretty crazy, so please look forward to it!"
Hikaru Midorikawa, speaking about the live dubbing scene he performed, commented, "It was a scene that I felt I had thoroughly accomplished myself, so I was surprised to hear I'd be performing it again. But acting with the completed animation was a different and enjoyable experience. We're fighting powerfully in the third season as well, so please look forward to it!"
Yūki Kaji said, "Up until today, I've been re-reading the manga and re-watching the anime, and thought that Sonic and I didn't have much in common. But when I looked at the back of volume 15, I saw a list of 'Edible Wild Plants' on the bathroom wall Sonic is in. When I was a rookie and really broke, I actually bought a book on 'Edible Wild Plants,' so I found an unexpected similarity! Thanks to that, I feel like I can do my best for the third season as well. Thank you for your support!" His story brought laughter to those around him.

Kaito Ishikawa commented, "This time around, there wasn't a fast-talking scene where Genos recounts his backstory, so I was relieved. But someday, I hope to perform it in front of everyone (laughs). Through the music festival, I think many scenes came to mind for everyone in the audience. I really realized again how powerful music can be at this event. The third season is shaping up to be a really fun production, and what was already luxurious will become even more luxurious, so please look forward to it!"
Makoto Furukawa concluded, "I think the dubbing earlier just now was packed with 10 years of history. It really has felt long to get this far, and it seems the road ahead will be long as well, but will you stick with us? Please continue to support 'One Punch Man.' Thank you very much!" Amid enthusiastic cheers and applause, the cast members left the stage.

From here, the event moved on to the final singing segment. JAM Project took the baton and performed a 'One Punch Man' Image Song Medley (Saitama Image Song "Gou-Wan Punch," Genos Image Song "Burning Blue ~ Souen no Soldier ~," Sonic Image Song "Zanzou no Revenger," and Hero Image Song "ENTER THE HEROES"). As the event approached its climax, the excitement of the audience rose once more, and penlight colors in the crowd changed to match the characters during each song, delivering passionate support to the performers.
The finale was Makoto Furukawa's live debut of the season three ending theme, "Soko ni Aru Akari." This song was unveiled for the first time at the event, and the audience reacted with excitement, while Furukawa's gentle yet powerful voice drew everyone in, swaying naturally from side to side as they listened.

After that, all the performers assembled on stage for a closing address. In celebration of the anime's 10th anniversary, 40 years since Hiroko Moriguchi's debut, JAM Project's 25th anniversary, and the birthdays of JAM Project member Yoshiki Fukuyama (which was that day), as well as Makoto Furukawa and Yūki Kaji, who also have birthdays in September, a special Saitama-themed celebratory cake appeared to honor all at once.
Everyone sang the birthday song together, and the audience was filled with a festive, heartwarming mood. With Furukawa's cue of "Ready, set—," everyone shouted "One Punch!" in unison, creating the day's greatest sense of unity. The packed event, which celebrated 10 years of history, came to a highly successful close.
