── Can you give an example of that?

Umeda: For instance, when she says "I love you," she understands the words and the emotion linked to them, but it feels more like she's trying to comprehend it as she says it, rather than the feeling naturally welling up from within her. I find that very charming. It can feel endearing at times and even a little violent at others.

── From reading the script, it seems Akira gets thrown off by Yūgure quite a lot.

Umeda: She has this power to throw you off before you even realize it, yet in other scenes, she seems like a girl her age. I believe Ms. Ishikawa's performance of the android is truly one-of-a-kind. She's not just an android but a "mechanical girl," and there are some aspects that are just inexpressible. I remember being so impressed while we worked together.
