Tomokazu Seki and Reiji Kawashima appeared wearing "golden poop" hats. They first posed basic questions about the intestines and stool to Ms. Kaseda. In response to the question "What is poop made of?" she answered, "Only about 5% is leftover food particles, the rest is water and shed intestinal lining." This elicited reactions like "What!?" and "So it's mostly my waste!?" causing laughter in the studio.

Further explanations revealed that about 80% of stool is water, and insufficient water absorption in the intestines results in "loose stools." Kawashima, who had been experiencing stomach issues that week, consulted, "My stomach has been making noises, and I've had diarrhea... what does that mean?" Ms. Kaseda analyzed, "You might have a type where your intestines move too quickly," to which Kawashima humorously concluded, "So even my intestines are impatient!"

Kawashima's daily "gut health" practices, such as "mixing brown rice with multi-grain rice" and "adding dietary fiber to protein shakes," were also discussed. Ms. Kaseda promptly pointed out, "Your current stomach has too much fiber," and advised, "Since your intestines are moving quickly now, you should eat white rice or udon to give your stomach a rest." Kawashima expressed surprise, "What!? I thought it was healthy..." and declared a "switch to white rice."

In the latter half, a constipation type diagnosis was conducted. After questions like "Do you often hold in bowel movements?" "Do you often feel stressed?" and "Do you experience hard stools at the start?" both were diagnosed with the "stress constipation type," revealing their intestines are susceptible to stress. Seki mentioned his love for spicy food, saying, "When I feel constipated, I deliberately eat spicy food to induce diarrhea and get it out. I like spicy food, even if it upsets my stomach." However, Ms. Kaseda pointed out, "Beneficial bacteria also get washed away, so that's not a good state."

Additionally, practical gut health tips, such as "recipes good for the intestines" and "the correct sitting posture for easier bowel movements," were introduced. Kawashima commented, "The intestines are fascinating!" expressing increased interest in the "charm of the intestines" as the program concluded.
