"I've Never Cried This Much": Katsuki Bakugo's Return in a Miraculous Ending That Gave Viewers Goosebumps in "My Hero Academia" Episode 161

Episode 161 of the anime "My Hero Academia: The Final Season" began airing on October 11. At the climax of the story, the miraculously resurrected Katsuki Bakugo (voiced by Nobuhiko Okamoto) made his appearance, moving many viewers to tears with comments like, "This scene made me cry more than any other moment in My Hero Academia" and "I've been waiting for this scene for so long..."

In episode 161, titled "The End of an Era, And The Beginning," All Might (voiced by Kenta Miyake) is cornered in a fierce battle with his arch-nemesis All For One (voiced by Akio Ōtsuka). Deku, or Izuku Midoriya (voiced by Daiki Yamashita), senses All Might's danger but is unable to rush to his aid as he is in the middle of a battle with Tomura Shigaraki (voiced by Kōki Uchiyama).

Just as Deku is on the brink of despair, he sees Bakugo rise to his feet.

Bakugo's heart had stopped after a single blow from Shigaraki. In episode 150, the pro hero Edgeshot (voiced by Kenta Kamakari) was shown using his "Quirk" to thin and stretch his body, intending to become a makeshift heart for Bakugo.

When Bakugo finally came back to life, viewers' emotional reactions poured in, with comments such as, "Kacchan! He's hereeeeeee!", "This scene in MHA made me cry more than any other, ever," "I've never had goosebumps like this before," and "I've waited so long for this scene... Welcome back, Kacchan."
