"Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26," an anime adaptation of eight short stories created by manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto, known for works like "Chainsaw Man" and "Look Back," between the ages of 17 and 26, has released individual key visuals for all eight works to commemorate its theatrical release and streaming debut. Comments from the seven directors were also released.

"Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26" is an anime project based on the short story collections Tatsuki Fujimoto Before "Chainsaw Man" and "Tatsuki Fujimoto Before Chainsaw Man: 22-26." Each of the eight works is handled by a different director and production studio. The anime is set for a two-week limited theatrical release in major Japanese cities starting October 17 (Friday), with worldwide exclusive streaming on Prime Video beginning November 8 (Saturday).

The eight key visuals were newly drawn by the character designers to match each episode. The diverse visuals, reflecting the individuality of the artists, include: "A Couple Clucking Chickens Were Still Kickin' in the Schoolyard" (Moaan), "Sasaki Stopped a Bullet" (Naho Kozono), "Love is Blind" (Tomoko Mori), "Shikaku" (MYOUN), "Mermaid Rhapsody" (Nozomi Shimazaki), "Woke-Up-as-a-Girl Syndrome" (Kohei Tokuoka), "Nayuta of the Prophecy" (Hisashi Higashijima), and "Sisters" (Haruka Sagawa).

Seven directors, including Tetsuaki Watanabe (BLUELOCK), Nobuyuki Takeuchi (Fireworks, Should We See It from the Side or the Bottom?), and Kazuaki Terasawa (The Ancient Magus' Bride Season 2), are participating in the project and have shared comments expressing their respect for Fujimoto's work. (Full comments are included at the end of the article).

Additionally, general sales for tickets to the opening day stage greeting on October 17 (Friday) began today. All seven directors are scheduled to appear, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
