"Tougen Anki" is based on the popular manga by Yura Urushibara, which is serialized in Weekly Shōnen Champion (Akita Shoten). Taking the well-known Japanese folktale Momotarō (the Peach Boy) as its motif, it is a new generation dark hero oni tale depicting the conflict between those who carry the blood of the Oni (ogres/demons) and those who carry the blood of Momotarō. The story begins when Shiki Ichinose (CV: Kazuki Ura), a boy living as a human, is suddenly attacked by a mysterious man belonging to the "Momotarō Agency."

Episode 14: "My Own Rule"
[Synopsis]
Kōgasaki, having used his Kesshoku Kaihō in the city, is detected by the Momotarō surveillance network. Forced to evacuate, Shiki and his comrades hide out with Mudano at the Oni Agency's Nerima Branch hideout. Meanwhile, the Momotarō Agency begins taking action to capture Kōgasaki.
