Main Characters Transform into Elementary Schoolers! Veteran Voice Actors Rie Kugimiya, Akira Ishida, and Others Praised: "Only 3Z Gets Us These Elementary Schooler Voices!" "No Discomfort!" Anime 'GINTAMA - Mr. Ginpachi's Zany Class' Episode 2

Episode 2 of the anime 'GINTAMA - Mr. Ginpachi's Zany Class', based on a spin-off novel of the highly popular manga 'Gintama', has been broadcasting sequentially since October 13th. Attention is focused on the "child acting" by major voice actors like Akira Ishida, Kazuya Nakai, and Fumihiko Tachiki in an episode where the familiar characters transform into elementary school students.

In Episode 2, when Ginpachi Sakata (CV: Tomokazu Sugita), the homeroom teacher of Class 3-Z, opened the classroom door shouting, "Shut up, you brats! If you can't be quiet, start over from elementary school!", the students had, unbelievably, actually turned into elementary schoolers! Toshiro Hijikata (CV: Kazuya Nakai) was absorbed in making kneaded erasers, saying, "I want it to be shinier. I'm gonna mix in some mayonnaise."

Furthermore,  Isao Kondo (CV: Susumu Chiba), Taizo Hasegawa (CV: Fumihiko Tachiki), and Ayumu Tojo (CV: Koji Yusa) were discussing how to invent the "most painful forehead flick." Kotaro Katsura (CV: Akira Ishida), along with Elizabeth, was playing a game using stationery and boastfully exclaimed, "I won!"

Kagura (CV: Rie Kugimiya) called Ginpachi "Pappy," and was tsukkomi'd (interrupted with a sarcastic retort) with the line, "Calling your teacher 'Dad' or 'Mom' is a common elementary school occurrence." In addition to the "elementary school clichés" played out by the main characters, the performances by the veteran voice actors seem to have left a strong impression on many fans.
