Chikahiro Kobayashi, Haruka Shiraishi, and Other Cast Members Gather! 'Golden Kamuy' Sapporo Beer Kōjō-hen [Part 1] Stage Greeting Report

The theatrical pre-release version of the anime 'Golden Kamuy: Sapporo Beer Kōjō-hen' [Part 1] was released on October 10th, ahead of the final season of the TV anime which begins broadcasting in January 2026. [Part 2] will be released in theaters starting October 31st.

A stage greeting commemorating the release of Part 1, which consists of the prologue to the TV anime's final season, was held on October 12th. A stellar lineup of voice actors attended, including Chikahiro Kobayashi (Saichi Sugimoto), Haruka Shiraishi (Asirpa), Kentaro Ito (Yoshitake Shiraishi), Joji Nakata (Toshizo Hijikata), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Superior Private Usami), Eiji Takemoto (Hajime Tsukishima), Katsuyuki Konishi (Lieutenant Koito), and Tomokazu Seki(Pirate Fusatarou) (Ito served as the MC).

As this was the first theatrical release for the anime series, which has been broadcasting since 2018, the lead actors, Kobayashi and Shiraishi, shared their feelings.

Kobayashi looked back, saying, "It's been about eight years since I first did the voice recording for the PV. I remember stumbling over the line, 'Ore wa Fujimi no Sugimoto da!' about twice because I was nervous at first. It's deeply moving to see it in theaters now." Shiraishi, in turn, expressed a mix of happiness and loneliness.

Shiraishi revealed that when she heads to the recording studio for the TV anime's final season, she listens to a playlist of past theme songs: "I was building up my emotions on the way to the studio, but just listening to them made me almost cry."
