The official ABEMA Anime X (formerly Twitter) account announced the Top 3 Most Commented Scenes during the broadcast of Episode 1, "Alec, Banished!", of the anime The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest (referred to below as Hojo Maho).

Hōjo Mahō:The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest His Allies Were Too Weak, Aims to Become the Strongest (shortened to Hojo Mahō) is based on a popular light novel by Alto, originally serialized on the user-generated novel site Shōsetsuka ni Narō and published by K Ranobe Books (Kodansha). The story is a classic magic fantasy that follows Alec, a former Court Magician who supported the Crown Prince but was suddenly banished from the court. He sets out to recreate the legendary party "Lasting Period" from his Magic Academy days and forge a new legend.

The series has gained popularity for its themes of rekindled bonds with former comrades and a compelling growth narrative. A manga adaptation is also currently running in Magazine Pocket (Kodansha). With the TV anime broadcast starting in October, it is drawing even more attention.

ABEMA conducted its own survey of scenes that garnered the most comments from viewers during the broadcast of Hojo Mahō Episode 1, "Alec, Banished!", on the night of Saturday, October 4th. These findings were published and announced on the official ABEMA Anime X account as the "Top 3 Most Commented Scenes from Hojo Mahō Episode 1."
