On Sunday, October 19, 2025, "Umamusume: Pretty Derby 6th EVENT The New Frontier" Autumn Performance DAY2 was held at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama Prefecture.

This sixth numbered event was held at Saitama Super Arena following the spring performance. A total of 26 Umamusume cast members ran in DAY2, with secret guest Yu Kobayashi as Tucker Brine making an appearance, and special guest artist Hironobu Kageyama appearing on stage, greatly exciting the venue.

From classic songs long beloved by Trainers to the latest tracks, numerous famous songs were performed at this event, but the production of "Eiyou Senshi Carrotman" was particularly eye-catching.
