The opening segment featured a performance by the comedy duo "Shimono Ono." Starting with the call, "Shimono~no~♪," Ono kicked off the skit, saying, "Shimono Ono, we have to aim for the top from here on, don't we?" and began the manzai (stand-up comedy) casually. Shimono immediately jumped in with a tsukkomi (sarcastic retort): "Are you really serious about this?" and "It's still going on!?"

Many viewers commented on the five-minute full-fledged manzai skit, saying, "What are you two aiming for www," "That's a solid routine lol," and "Waste of acting talent ww." The duo looked satisfied, commenting, "We did it," and "We pulled it off!" Receiving such positive feedback, they got excited and asked, "Should we do a live show?" However, Shimono calmly replied, "Let's think about it a little more! This isn't nearly enough yet," and even proposed the idea of performing on the street.

Following this, a harmonious talk segment covered topics like their character histories, reading plays, and travel. This was followed by the "Gourmet Meter: Visualizing Preferences" corner, which revealed their detailed preferences regarding food, covering themes like "Yakitori: Sauce or Salt?", "Shabu-shabu: Ponzu or Sesame Sauce?", and "Hot Pot Closer: Rice or Noodles?" Shimono declared, "Red wine with yakitori sauce!" and stated, "I'm definitely Ponzu-faction! I came to like Ponzu as I got older." Ono, who is on the Sesame Sauce-faction, passionately argued: "Are you trying to say I'm a child!? The best way is to add a big dollop of Sesame Sauce back into the really thin Sesame Sauce!" The two's food debate heated up the studio.
