The Gintama anime doesn't just parody famous anime and manga! Episode 154 was an audacious installment featuring a multitude of characters resembling well-known real-life celebrities, including Shunnosuke Oguri, who immediately brings to mind "that person" who played Gintoki Sakata in the live-action Gintama film.
In Episode 154, Shinpachi Shimura (CV: Daisuke Sakaguchi) and his older sister, Tae Shimura (CV: Satsuki Yukino), are invited to a birthday party for Kyūbei Yagyū (CV: Fumiko Orikasa). The party was attended by prominent figures from the entertainment world, political circles, and various other fields.
At the party, Shinpachi and Tae encounter Shunnosuke Oguri, an actor at the height of his popularity, and Tamo-san, the "daytime face" host wearing black sunglasses and holding a microphone. Furthermore, the venue also featured a glamorous pair of women in dresses who exuded a fabulous aura.
It is worth noting that Episode 154 aired in 2009, but when Gintama was later adapted into a live-action film, the main character Gintoki was indeed played by the actor Shun Oguri.
