While Gintoki was bewildered, Tsukuyo poked him with her index finger to the call of "Atchi Muite Hoi!" After that, Tsukuyo did whatever she wanted, forcibly bending Gintoki's fingers and attacking him with a rock-paper-scissors fist, and thus a "life-or-death Atchi Muite Hoi" unfolded.

Viewers were excited about Tsukuyo's dramatic transformation, saying "This is a legendary episode!!!" and "Tsukuyo is so cute. And it's hilarious lol."

The anime "Gintama" is based on the extremely popular manga by Hideaki Sorachi.
