The first episode of the Fall 2025 anime series, A Wild Last Boss Appeared! (Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!), which has been available for a limited time on ABEMA Anime & Voice Actor Official YouTube, has exceeded 1 million views in less than a month since its release on Monday, October 6, 2025. Following this milestone, a special program exclusive free broadcast and a free marathon (binge-watch) of past episodes have been announced for Sunday, November 2.

A Wild Last Boss Appeared! is based on the popular light novel by Firehead  (Original Author) and YahaKo (Illustrator), which originated on the novel submission site "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" and is currently published by "Earth Star Novel," with the series cumulatively surpassing 1.6 million copies sold. The story is a "Possession Reincarnation Dark Fantasy" that begins 200 years after Lufas Maphaahl, a figure feared by the masses as the "Black-Winged Overlord" and sealed away after a final battle with the heroes, is summoned as a hero to fight against the Demon Gods.
