"Tougen Anki" is based on a popular manga by Yura Urushibara currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten). It is a new generation dark hero oni tale that depicts the conflict between those with oni blood and those with Momotaro's blood, based on the folktale "Momotaro" that every Japanese person knows. The story begins when Shiki, a boy living as a human, is suddenly attacked one day by a mysterious man belonging to the "Momotaro Agency."

[Synopsis]
After being rescued, Kōgasaki reveals that the girl he saved has been taken hostage. The three of them—Kōgasaki, Shiki, and Mudano—hurry to the hospital, but Mudano senses the enemy's presence and separates from the group. When the remaining two arrive, they find that a fire has broken out in the hospital for some reason.
