The anime "One Punch Man" is based on the hugely popular manga by original creator ONE and manga artist Yusuke Murata, which has surpassed 35 million copies in cumulative circulation. It depicts the daily life of Saitama (CV: Makoto Furukawa), the apathetic yet strongest hero who defeats any enemy with "one punch," as well as the exploits of heroes fighting monsters. The TV anime's first season aired in 2015, and the second season in 2019.

At the Hero Association, Child Emperor has determined that the Monster Association's hideout is in City Z and is preparing to launch an assault, but Silver Fang, who let Garo escape, and the newcomer Genos are excluded from the operation. Meanwhile, the two are peacefully enjoying hot pot at Saitama's home with Fubuki of Hell, King, and others. At the same time, Garo, having recovered from near death, invades the Monster Association.
