The "Beer Pong" segment was played one-on-one. When a ping pong ball landed in the opponent’s cup, the player had to drink the contents and the cup was removed. The first to eliminate all of the opponent's cups won.

The match began with Hayashi going first and Okamoto second. When Hayashi scored the first cup-in, Okamoto first smelled the drink, reacting with "Ugh... it stinks..." and "It smells like a bug..." He then calmly drank the entire thing without expression. When the content was revealed to be "Durian Cider," he simply commented, "It's delicious."

Hayashi successfully scored again, meaning Okamoto had to drink a yellow beverage. After sniffing it, he guessed, "I know that smell... it's like Senburi (Swertia Japonica) tea, right?" He then exclaimed, "KP~!" (Kampai/Cheers) and chugged it down. The moment the drink was revealed to be "Noni Juice," he physically reacted by yelling, "Water, water!"

Next, in the match between Hayashi and Morikubo, Morikubo scored, and Hayashi reached for the same "colorless, transparent" drink that Okamoto had consumed earlier. Hayashi commented, "No... it doesn't smell at all," but Okamoto interjected, "Ugh, I can't handle this...," and Morikubo added, "What is this? It smells like an old man..."

When the drink was revealed to be plain "Water," Morikubo and Okamoto both panicked, asking, "Then what is that old man smell?" Hayashi retorted, "I thought my nose was broken, but it's you two [who are smelling]!" filling the studio with laughter.

Hayashi scored again, forcing Morikubo to drink the green liquid, "Aojiru" (Green Juice). Morikubo finished it and enthusiastically called for "One more!" commenting, "I like this one." Okamoto grumbled, "Wasn't my drink lineup weird? Mine was rough..."

In the final turn, Hayashi missed, and Morikubo scored the cup-in. Hayashi, expecting a "bitter smell," drank the cup and groaned, "It’s bitter!!!" The drink was revealed to be "Senburi Tea." Hayashi ended the segment by commenting, "Why could Nobu [Okamoto] drink this normally..." raising the energy in the studio even further.
