Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 "Culling Game: Part 1" to Begin Airing January 8, 2026! Koji Yusa Cast as Naoya Zenin, Character Footage Also Released

The TV anime Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 "Culling Game: Part 1" will begin simultaneous nationwide broadcast on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 0:26 AM in the "Super Animeism TURBO" slot across 28 MBS/TBS network stations. Additionally, a teaser visual and new cast information have been released.

The released visual depicts Yuji Itadori confronting Yuta Okkotsu, a special grade sorcerer who has been assigned to execute Yuji's death sentence. Yuta turns his blade toward Yuji with a cold expression, while Yuji desperately resists. This tense visual captures the deadly battle between two individuals who share the same mentor, Satoru Gojo.

Furthermore, it has been decided that voice actor Koji Yusa will play the role of Naoya Zenin, who carries the blood of the Zenin family. Yusa commented, "I'm happy about being cast, but since this is a role with quite an impact that you don't often see, I'm even more delighted."

In commemoration of the theatrical release, special character footage of Naoya Zenin has also been released. It captures a glimpse of battle scenes showcasing his overwhelming speed.

Additionally, "Jujutsu Kaisen The Movie: Shibuya Incident Special Edited Version × Culling Game Advance Screening" has been in nationwide release since November 7. Furthermore, a large-scale overseas screening of the film has been confirmed, with plans to roll out sequentially across 70 regions worldwide.
