——What aspects did you want to express through this cosplay?

Nairi: I used taping to create upturned eyes for a sharp expression, while for makeup, I went for a cute, soft, bunny-like direction – creating an unbalanced yet somehow harmonious and exquisite finish! I also played the game and observed the official visuals to research posing that would be more true to Diana-chan's character.

——What aspects of Diana-chan do you find most appealing?

Nairi: Diana-chan is often talked about for her voluptuous appearance and for calling herself a lifelong active grand magical girl despite being in her 80s, but what I love most is that she's a character full of deep love. Of course, I also love her appearance!

If you play through the in-game story, you'll understand that Diana-chan is really a big-hearted mother figure. She's forceful and meddlesome, but she carries within her heart an enormous unconditional love that doesn't seek gratitude or anything in return.

Everyone loves a loving mother who lost her husband at a young age and is raising her daughter alone, right! Moreover, it's amazing how she continues to be a playful and adorable active magical girl with confidence, not caring about her age at all...

As someone in my late twenties, I sometimes wonder if being a cosplayer is a bit embarrassing, but Diana-chan's attitude gives me courage. I'm aiming to stay active for life together with Diana-chan (laughs).

——Could you share any announcements about your activities or future cosplay plans?

Nairi: At this year's Winter Comiket, I'm thinking of cosplaying Serenes from 'Honkai: Star Rail'. Until now, I've mostly done 'Genshin Impact' cosplay, but next year I'm hoping to do 'NIKKE' as well, which I've been interested in for a long time!

Also, I want to work hard on video production next year, so I hope to actively manage my YouTube channel as well.
