i☆Ris 13th Anniversary Live Report: A 30-Song, High-Energy Culmination

The hybrid voice actress and idol unit, i☆Ris, held their 13th anniversary solo concert, "i☆Ris 13th Anniversary Live - TITLE MATCH -," on November 15th at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa.

Following last year, this was the second consecutive year the anniversary concert was held at Pia Arena MM, and the event was a complete sell-out. Singing a massive 30 songs, including the encore, the concert delivered an extremely high level of satisfaction. This report will cover the live performance, complete with the setlist and photos.

The 13th anniversary concert was heavily themed around "battle" and "serious competition," with elements reminiscent of a fighting tournament woven throughout the performance. To build anticipation, a "press conference" styled after a fighting event was even held on their debut anniversary, November 7th.

Following this theme, the concert began with each member making an individual, fight-event-style entrance. The performance kicked off once all five members had assembled on the center stage.

The production made excellent use of the large-scale venue, Pia Arena MM. In several scenes, members were elevated high above the audience on the runway lifters, a clever staging choice that allowed attendees on the upper tiers to feel a closer connection to i☆Ris.
