Dream Team Assembled to Guard the Emperor! Episode 21 Synopsis & Advance Cuts Released for "Let This Grieving Soul Retire!"

The advance cuts and synopsis for Episode 21 of the anime "Let This Grieving Soul Retire!" have been released. Additionally, it has been announced that voice actor Hidenari Ugaki will be voicing the role of Kechachakka Munk, who appears starting from Episode 21.

This work is based on a novel by Tsukikage currently being serialized on a web novel posting site. It's the "ultimate misunderstanding comedy fantasy" centered around the ordinary person Krai Andrey (CV. Kenshō Ono), who has been elevated to the leader of the strongest party "Grieving Souls." The first cour of the anime aired in 2024, and the second cour has been airing since October 2025. ABEMA is broadcasting it two days ahead of terrestrial television.
