【"Winter Arc" STORY】
Billy, who betrayed the Union and obtained the Round Table. Amidst the blizzard caused by UMA Winter, he receives a report on the Autumn battle and learns that Undead and Unluck have evolved. Juiz appears there and reveals that the ancient artifacts are weapons to defeat God, and that the Ark can only loop one more time, attempting to persuade him to fight together and bet on Unluck for their common purpose of "defeating God." However, Billy declares, "We can't team up." Juiz realizes Billy's scheme to obtain the Ark and Apocalypse, but a fierce battle begins with UMAs entering the fray. Both resolved to their own justice, Billy confronts Juiz's relentlessly advancing sword with other Negators' abilities and guns. What does Billy truly desire――

Meanwhile, Andy and Fuuko Izumo, having captured Autumn's core, were heading to subjugate Summer by air. However, Billy had read that Juiz had entrusted Apocalypse to Andy, and an assassin is unleashed to attack the two from the air!
