In this episode, Tomokazu Seki's custom-made jacket, which he had ordered in a previous broadcast, was finally unveiled.Wearing the jackets, the two hosts aimed to become gentlemen in spirit as well, participating in a segment titled "Polish Your Heart Too! Let's Learn the Ways of a Gentleman," where they learned the behavior and manners of a "gentleman" in various situations from manners consultant Hiroko Nishide.

Tomokazu Seki was overjoyed by the completion of his custom-ordered jacket, but revealed, "I gained 2 to 3 kg..." and declared he would go on a diet.

The episode began with the unveiling ceremony for Seki's custom-made jacket, which he had ordered during the "#16 Tomokazu Seki Birthday Special."As majestic classical music played, creating an atmosphere akin to a formal ceremony, the jacket appeared. Seki was deeply moved by the finished product, which perfectly matched his request for "something that can be worn both for formal occasions and daily use." As soon as he put the jacket on, he completely adopted the persona of a gentleman, delivering a theatrical line, "Kawashima, your feelings are painfully understood right here in my heart ," which filled the studio with laughter.

Following this, a message was aired from Shintaro Kojima, Kawashima's real-life friend and an employee at a long-established tailor shop, who had crafted the jacket.It was revealed that to make the most of the "wool denim," which combines a dressy feel with casualness, they chose an "unconstructed tailoring" style, which minimizes the lining. Regarding the unconstructed jacket, which requires a high level of skill for meticulous stitching on the inside, Seki said with playful excitement: "If people know what they're looking at, they'll know I'm wearing a well-tailored piece, right? When the wind blows and my jacket flutters, they'll be like, 'Oh, that person is wearing an unconstructed jacket! Sure enough, a voice actor from Doraemon is different!' That's what will happen.
