"Even Though She Has Such Amazing Assets" - Illustration from 'Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!' Clearly Showing Yanami-san's "Size" Receives Continuous Reactions

On November 27th, the official X account for 'Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!' posted an illustration with the caption "Cheating investigation...". The content showing Yanami Anna naturally linking arms and making it clear that she possesses "amazing assets" has been gathering reactions.

'Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!' (Author: Takibi Amamori, Illustrator: Imigimuru) is a light novel that depicts a story where the protagonist, Nukumizu Kazuhiko, becomes involved with "losing heroines" who unfortunately lost in romantic pursuits within their school. A comic version has also been published, and the anime adaptation began airing in July 2024, with a second season already confirmed for production.

The illustration depicts a scene from an episode also portrayed in the anime version, where Nukumizu and Anna are dragged into tailing someone for a "cheating investigation" by Asagumo Chihaya. It's a comical depiction showing how ill-suited Chihaya looks in her disguise sunglasses and Nukumizu's exasperated expression, but the most striking aspect of this piece is Anna naturally linking her arm around Nukumizu's.

In response to this post, fans commented with voices of envy and bewilderment, saying things like "She's linking arms with him!", "I'm extremely envious of Nukumizu-kun having his arm linked by Yanami-san", "Is it normal to link arms with a friend of the opposite sex...?", and "It's impossible to say they're not dating at this point".
