Volume 5 of the print edition and Volume 9 of the digital edition of "Girl Crush" (written by Midori Tayama / published by Bunch Comics), a coming-of-age ensemble drama centered on K-POP, will be published on Tuesday, December 9th. Additionally, a TV anime adaptation has been confirmed to air on TBS and other networks.

In 2019, when serialization began on "Comic Nicola," a label within LINE Manga jointly launched by Shinchosha's fashion magazine "Nicola" and manga magazine "Comic Bunch," it instantly became a sensation, particularly among young women. The digital edition has been released up to Volume 8, and the print edition, which began publication in April 2025, has been released up to Volume 4, with the series surpassing a cumulative total of 980,000 copies. Its popularity has spread internationally as well, with the Korean language version of "Girl Crush" winning the "New Work of the Year Award" at South Korea's "2021 RIDIBOOKS COMIC AWARD," the home of K-POP, attracting attention from around the world.

In conjunction with the announcement of the anime adaptation, an original inspirational visual by the original author Midori Tayama, as well as a commemorative movie celebrating the TV anime adaptation decision, have been released.
