【Synopsis】
Who was Tomura Shigaraki...? While reports continue about him, the one who plunged Japan into terror, Deku meets with Spinner of the League of Villains, who is in custody. After hearing his words, Deku conveys a message from Shigaraki. Then, as U.A. High School enters a new academic year, Deku and his friends become second-year students. While bewildered by the new first-year students who are bursting with admiration for them, they continue working on the city's reconstruction. In the midst of this, Deku notices something off about Ochaco, who is acting cheerful. Then, Ochaco disappears from the U.A. dormitory. At the cliff she also visited before the final battle, Ochaco thinks of Himiko Toga, who gave her blood and lost her life——.
