"Tougen Anki" is based on a popular manga by Yura Urushibara, currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten). This new generation dark hero oni tale is based on the well-known Japanese folktale "Momotaro," depicting the conflict between those who carry oni blood and those who carry Momotaro's blood. The story begins when a boy named Shiki Ichinose (CV: Kazuki Ura), who had been living as a human, is suddenly attacked one day by a mysterious man belonging to the "Momotaro Agency."
