Episode 10 of the anime "Nohara Hiroshi Hirumeshi no Ryūgi" has been airing sequentially since December 5th. The episode, in which Hiroshi Nohara (CV: Toshiyuki Morikawa) creates one simple yet idea-filled "arranged somen noodle dish" after another, has been receiving favorable reviews such as "This is super helpful as a reference."
In episode 10, Hiroshi was asked by Misae to finish eating the somen noodles that were approaching their expiration date. While struggling with the unfamiliar cooking, Hiroshi's ideas don't stop flowing.
"Hiroshi-style Chinese-style somen" with chopped cucumber and char siu placed on top of sesame sauce, drizzled with a bit of chili oil. "Hiroshi-style Korean-style somen" using yakiniku sauce, kimchi, and cucumber. "Hiroshi-style ethnic somen" with mizuna, nam pla, dried shrimp, and dried coriander. "Hiroshi-style Italian somen" with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, salt, and leftover salad—creating one arranged recipe after another, Hiroshi was thoroughly satisfied, saying, "Somen noodles are the ultimate! To think they can become such a wide variety of dishes—it feels like I'm traveling around the world while staying at home!"
