Furthermore, Takumi named Masako Katsuki as a voice actress who left a strong impression on him. "Her three-dimensional expression—when she's performing, she's nonchalant and puts no effort into it, yet when I watched it on air, I was overwhelmed by her expressiveness. Even though she was so relaxed, her expression was like a ghost... It contained more charm than expected, and I thought I wanted to become like that. I felt that it would be enough if I could bring out the character's appeal." Kumagai spoke about his future goals: "This might be premature to say, but I want to continue working as a voice actor throughout my life while staying healthy. More specifically, I want to do voice acting for a nationwide theatrical film. I want to experience the sense of presence unique to theatrical works."

On the other hand, Takumi said, "I want to live happily," and continued, "If I find something more enjoyable than voice acting, I might quit. But right now, there's nothing better than this, so I continue with voice work and stage performances. Ultimately, I want to die thinking 'that was fun.' I still want to live in this world and get even better. I want to increase the number of works I co-star in with Kumagai, and I want to do interesting things with the seniors I respect. I want to continue making efforts toward that. Not just as a voice actor, but I hope to become competitive as a human being, Yasuaki Takumi." Kumagai also bowed deeply, saying, "If I may be selfish, please let me continue working with you forever."
