After the opening talk, "Sing All You Want! Non-stop Karaoke SP" began, featuring everything from trending songs to the cast's own songs and even comedy numbers. The first batter, Kaneda, chose Creepy Nuts' "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" as a song to ease tension, saying "I think this will make it easier for everyone to sing after this." The studio erupted in laughter as Kaneda was completely left behind by the high-speed rap, and as she declared, she instantly eased everyone's tension.

From there, Ogasawara excited the audience with another Creepy Nuts song "Otonoke" with impressive high-speed rap and excellent singing ability, Hatanaka showed his expected expressive power with Vaundy's "Kaiju no Hanauta," and Kikuta performed NEWS's "Chankapana" along with dance. With diverse performances, the studio atmosphere instantly transformed into a live concert setting.

And then Hose performed his signature "impersonation karaoke." Hose, who had also excited the venue with "impersonation karaoke" at last year's "Voice Actor 28-Hour TV," this time performed this year's big hit song, CANDYTUNE's "Bai Bai FIGHT!" with an impersonation of Kinpachi-sensei, enveloping the studio in a whirlwind of laughter to the point where Ogasawara lamented, "It's over! No one can sing after this!!"

The highlight of the day was the scene where Kikuta passionately sang Hatanaka's song "STAND UP" in front of the man himself. As Kikuta urged him to sing along, Hatanaka became flustered but participated in the chorus, realizing an unexpected senior-junior duo. After finishing the song, Kikuta expressed his passionate feelings, saying "I decided I would definitely sing this from the moment I received this offer," and Hatanaka, while being embarrassed, saying "You really did it! It must be super embarrassing!", let slip his true feelings with "I'm extremely happy." The studio was extremely excited with comments like "That's kind of touching," "Wait. This is too good," and "That was too emotional~," and viewers also got excited with comments like "dream duo," "heart-warming," and "Are we allowed to listen to this for free!?"

Among other performances, Sobii performed Ado's "Usseewa," Hatanaka performed aiko's "Kabutomushi," and Ogasawara performed Vaundy's "Tokimeki," among various other songs, and before they knew it, it was time for the show to end. In the ending, everyone left comments full of reluctance to part, saying "We can still go for 28 hours" and "I want to go to another karaoke place," and concluded the special night.

Also, in the broadcasts from Monday to Friday, they decided to re-challenge the signature project from the 2024 season when the two served as MCs, implementing "Let's Connect with Big Laughter!," where they try to make judges laugh with original one-shot gags they came up with.

When they implemented this during the 2024 season, the two crashed hard in a "bombing hell." This time, Hatanaka is showing his enthusiasm, saying "I thought about this intensely," but... Will they be able to cause an uproar of laughter, or will it become a "bombing hell" again?

It was announced that the next Connect Week is scheduled for the week of January 5 next year, and that Shugo Nakamura will serve as the Monthly MC. The live broadcast will be aired on Saturday, January 10, starting at 9:30 PM, as a New Year 2-hour special extended by 30 minutes.
