When Hama put on Kobayashi's glasses, he struck a pose pushing them up on his head like sunglasses, prompting sharp retorts from the other two: "That's so flashy!" "You're used to doing that!" The studio was filled with laughter as Hama hurriedly denied it, saying "Hey, stop saying I'm used to it!"

Hama consistently selected cooking-related items from 1st to 3rd place. He talked about being hooked on making kinpira gobo as a drinking snack, passionately explaining, "Burdock root has lots of fiber, so the texture when it's finished changes depending on how you cut it. Basically, you julienne it, but in that process, whether you cut it straight vertically or diagonally makes a completely different result." Yamashita also nodded at Hama's appeal of the virtues of kinpira gobo, saying "it adds another dish to your Japanese meal and can also be used as a drinking snack," responding "Indeed, that's healthy."

Also, regarding his 2nd place Teflon-coated frying pan, when Kobayashi, who doesn't cook much, reacted saying "I know that! It's the one that makes oil stains less likely to stick!", Hama also started his salesperson act with "That's exactly right, customer. You have good taste!"

When Hama explained the frying pan with enthusiasm saying "After all, one you just bought is amazing!", Yamashita asked "But it must be expensive, right?", to which Hama continued that he purchased it as a two-piece set, and they developed shopping-channel-style talk with Yamashita responding in falsetto "What!? Two pieces come with it!?", sending the studio into roaring laughter. Viewers who had been enjoying Yamashita's shopping channel roleplay until then also flooded in with enthusiastic comments like "Oh my, wonderful!", "And now for how much!?", and "So today's Yo Asobi was TV shopping," creating a huge buzz.

In the second half of the program, they conducted a project spotlighting persimmons, titled "Before the Season Passes... Let's Shine a Light on Persimmons!", focusing on persimmons that people tend not to reach for even when they see them at supermarkets.

Kobayashi reacted to a caption saying "Persimmons don't even have an emoji" by exclaiming "That's terrible!", and Yamashita and Hama followed up with "Don't pick on persimmons!" and "We're waiting for the next update!" However, Yamashita revealed "I think it's been since I ate them with my grandmother as a child," and Hama, who disclosed that his grandfather cultivated persimmons and loquats in his field, also said "I haven't eaten them since moving to Tokyo," revealing the fact that they had distanced themselves from persimmons. With the decision for the three to eat persimmons now in season, persimmons were immediately prepared in the studio.

Hama was shocked by the sweetness of the persimmon, and while washing it down with a highball, said in one phrase "...Oda Nobunaga and Ranmaru." Yamashita, who subsequently ate a persimmon, also exclaimed "Lord Nobunaga!", and praised the persimmon he ate after a long time, saying "I thought it might be a bit soft, but it's quite firm. It's been trained well."

When Kobayashi murmured "When you eat something this delicious, I wish Yasumoto-san could have eaten it too... should I take this to Yasumoto-san?", Hama interjected with "Huh, the cut-up one!?", and there was also a scene where Yamashita admonished Kobayashi, who responded with a serious expression "No, a whole one properly," saying "At least make it a fruit basket."

After tasting, a kamishibai was prepared to convey the charm of persimmons through voice-over work, and Yamashita and Hama were enthusiastic, saying "This is becoming more like Say You To Yo Asobi." When Kobayashi said "Morikubo-san!?" in response to Yamashita's reading style that was meant to image the program's narration, Yamashita's Morikubo impression commenced. Although Yamashita said it was his first time doing a Morikubo impression, it was very well received by viewers with comments like "It's similar lol", "That's so Morikubo! Good!", and "You really went for it, too similar lol." It became a Yo Asobi with the comment section in high spirits throughout.
