The anime "My Hero Academia" (commonly known as "MHA") is based on the hugely popular manga by Kohei Horikoshi, which was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" and has surpassed 100 million copies in cumulative worldwide circulation for the comic series. The story is set in a world where approximately 80% of the total population possesses some kind of supernatural ability called a "Quirk," and depicts the growth, battles, and friendship of the protagonist Izuku Midoriya and his classmates.
