"Tougen Anki" is based on the popular manga by Yura Urushibara, currently serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten). It's a new generation dark hero oni tale that draws inspiration from the folktale "Momotaro," known to all Japanese people, depicting the conflict between those who carry oni blood and those who carry Momotaro's blood. The story begins when Shiki, a boy who had been living as a human, is suddenly attacked one day by a mysterious man belonging to the "Momotaro Agency."
