Anime "Kindergarten WARS" Production Decided by Sunrise; Voice Comic PV Featuring Atsumi Tanezaki & Kentarō Kumagai Released

The teaser visual, main staff, cast information, and voice comic PV for "Kindergarten WARS," which has been confirmed for TV anime adaptation, have been revealed.

This work is based on the manga (original work: Yu Chiba) currently serialized on "Shonen Jump+." Set in "Black Kindergarten," where the children of world leaders attend, it is a violence × romantic comedy that depicts former criminals who protect children as "special teachers" in exchange for reduced sentences.

Animation production will be handled by Sunrise, with Shinsuke Gomi serving as director and Junko Yamanaka as character designer. The teaser visual released alongside shows Rita (CV: Atsumi Tanezaki) and Doug (CV: Kentarō Kumagai) standing in the schoolyard of Black Kindergarten, along with the children.

Additionally, character visuals of Rita and Doug, as well as a voice comic PV using newly recorded voices by Tanezaki and Kumagai, have been released. The PV draws attention to the first-ever public exchange between Rita and Doug.
