Transparent "Mahoaku" Byakuya Cosplay: "The Makeup Turned Out Really Well"

The "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2025" was held from October 24th to 26th, 2025. We feature photos of Nana-san, who participated in cosplay as Byakuya Mimori from "The Magical Girl and The Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies.", and share an interview about the aspects she wanted to express through her cosplay and what cosplays she'd like to try in the future.

——What inspired you to cosplay as Byakuya Mimori from "The Magical Girl and The Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies." this time?

Nana-san (honorifics omitted hereafter): Because she's a girl I find incredibly cute and love so much, and it's a work I absolutely adore!

——What aspects of this cosplay are you most pleased with?

Nana: It was unfortunate that the wand I made broke, but the makeup turned out really well.

——Please tell us what led you to "Mahoaku" and what aspects of Byakuya's charm appeal to you.

Nana: The trigger was that a new work by Cocoa Fujiwara-san, the author of "Inu X Boku Secret Service," was being adapted into anime. I think Byakuya-chan's charm lies in how she's such a hard worker with a very strong sense of justice, and she provides fluffy, healing comfort.
